Mission Statement
The purpose for organizing the Azerbaijan-American Music Foundation is to support and facilitate educational programs, seminars, conferences geared towards promotion of the Azerbaijanian classical music in America, as well as American classical music in Azerbaijan and perform various cultural activities within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
About This Cause
The Corporation has been organized with the objective of using music and education as tools for communication and building bridges between the United State and Azerbaijan and for implementation of cross-cultural, educational and musical relationships between these countries. The Corporation will specifically promote the classical music of Azerbaijan and its outstanding performers to make sure the voice of Azerbaijani music, particularly its classical music, is heard in America, by Americans.
