About This Cause
Amplify LatinX is a dynamic and visionary non-profit founded in Massachusetts to build Latinx economic and political power by significantly increasing Latinx representation in industry leadership positions. The organization believes that to create a more equitable society, it is imperative to uplift the voices and talent within the Latinx community. We leverage our collective resources to drive systemic change through collaborative, partner-driven nonpartisan convenings that build economic and political power by: ACCELERATING pathways of prosperity and leadership growth ADVANCING Latinx representation into positions of power and influence CREATING advocates for racial equity and economic mobility PRIORITIZING policies that are impacting the Latinx community CHAMPIONING Latinx civic and business leaders and entrepreneurs
