Mission Statement
We lead community-grounded initiatives to make justice a lived experience for Black, Brown, and Indigenous people in Oregon. Our programs include Power Hour, Blackstreet Bakery and Black Resilient Futures (based on our Black Resilience Fund).
About This Cause
Core Strategies Culture. We provide a beautiful alternative to mainstream messages of despair by leveraging profound and diverse cultural experiences. Education. We are a thought laboratory and spiritual gym, facilitating people-powered opportunities for anti-oppression learning. Community. We organize spaces that elevate the common threads of humanity shared between historically oppressed people.
