Mission Statement
The Lake Oswego Equestrian Center (LOEC) is an Oregon public benefit non-profit corporation formed in 2018. LOEC was formed to foster amateur equestrian sports competitions, clinics and other educational activities in the Portland and Lake Oswego areas, to educate the public about equestrian sports and horses, and to provide community outreach and programs regarding horsemanship and horses.
About This Cause
The Lake Oswego Equestrian Center (LOEC) hosts horse shows, clinics, and other educational programs for riders of all levels that are affordable, safe, welcoming and fun, in addition to being educational. We support developing riders of all ages. Our events are open to the public in order to educate the public about equestrian sports and horses, and we provide community outreach and programs regarding horsemanship and horses. We offer shows in the hunter, jumper and equitation areas, as well as other areas such as eventing. Our chosen show venue is the historic Lake Oswego Hunt due to its excellent location and show amenities and facilities.
