Mission Statement
The Mindfull Foundation is dedicated to raising funds and awareness to support all aspects of the fight against Alzheimer's disease.
About This Cause
The Mindfull Foundation is run by three directors that have been directly affected by Alzhiemer's disease. Executive Director, Jake Wakely's father was diagnosed at the young age of 56. This brought his family and close friends together to create a foundation to continue his fathers legacy and fight to find a cure. The foundations main event each year is a golf tournament. The foundation will continue to expand its efforts in an effort to raise the most money and awareness possible until a cure is found.
