Techqueria's is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to provide Latiné professionals with the resources and support that they need to thrive and become leaders in the tech industry. This includes fighting for the representation, retention, and career progression of the Latiné community in tech.
About This Cause
Techqueria is a non-profit, advocating for the representation, retention, and career progression of the Latiné community in tech. We offer the Latine Tech community with valuable opportunities inclusive of access to career fairs, networking opportunities, professional development programs and beyond. We achieve this by collaborating with companies and organizations that share our values. We do this by creating a community that becomes the safety net through relationship building, Ultimately, our community cultivates a sense of belonging and kinship — nurturing pathways to generational wealth, and prioritizing the holistic development of Latiné professionals within the tech ecosystem.
