About This Cause
GiSTEM Inc. is a solution to build an equitable future workforce and sustainable pipeline of diverse candidates equipped with technical skills to succeed in STEM-based careers. As advocates and mentors for youth who have a desire to become a STEM professional, we established the organization after noticing the disconnect between education and entering STEM based careers. While our organization is not a replacement for education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines, we act as a supplement that complements education and provides our participants with the tools to develop as a well-rounded future STEM professional.
