The Chicago Tool Library's mission is to provide tools for Chicagoans to create, repair, and learn.
About This Cause
The Chicago Tool Library is a nonprofit lending library, but instead of books we lend people the things they need to live more enriching lives. Our library is stocked with thousands of items that Chicagoans can borrow for home repair, DIY, gardening, crafting, cooking, and even camping! Our tool library serves to help people borrow instead of buy –it's better for the environment and better for the budget.
