Mission Statement
Heroes Ranch is a recreational retreat providing "Outdoor Accessible" Family Adventures and Fellowship for injured, ailing, wounded or disabled Heroes. We proudly welcome Heroes and their families from the Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, First Responders, Gold Star Families and Special Needs Families.
About This Cause
Located 90 minutes East of Dallas, Texas, Heroes Ranch sits on over 250 acres of pristine hunting, fishing and adventure grounds. This scenic piece of land has a long history of once being a tree farm and a Boy Scout campground. Now it is a fertile landscape of towering trees, bountiful wildlife with several scenic lakes – perfect for hunting, fishing, camping, nature walks and endless outdoor activities for all ages! Established in 2020, Heroes Ranch has been the culmination of years of planning, dreaming and a deep desire to give back to Heroes and their families. We strive to adapt to the needs of our Heroes by providing adaptive outdoor equipment such as action track chairs, side by sides, pontoon boats, hunting blinds, concrete fishing docks and more. We want to give our Heroes and their families a opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in our adaptive environment Free of charge.
