Mission Statement
To promote and support the sport of disc golf in the Greater Cincinnati Area. This includes pursuing, designing, installing, maintaining, and improving disc golf courses, holding tournaments and disc golf events to raise the awareness of disc golf as a healthy and fun sport, conducting clinics and demonstrations to teach kids, schools, scouts, and community groups how to play the sport of disc golf. Work with Parks departments to help them install and improve their courses. Hold fund raisers to do all the above.
About This Cause
We are an all-volunteer disc golf club with hundreds of paying members, which has supported, organized, and spread the sport of disc golf throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area since 1985. We have held hundreds of tournaments, facilitated the installation of over 30 disc golf courses, given many clinics and demonstrations to school, park, and community groups, and overall grew the sport of disc golf for decades. We hold events to raise money to pay for disc golf course improvements and promote the sport which we have helped to grow immensely in our region. We hold monthly public meetings and have a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
