Mission Statement
The mission of Neighbor to Neighbor is to open doors and advance lives from homelessness through homeownership by providing sustainable housing, supportive services, and education to families and individuals primarily in Larimer County.
About This Cause
Neighbor to Neighbor opens doors and advances lives by providing stable housing, financial education and support to renters and home owners, and by preventing homelessness and foreclosure. N2N impacts 10,000 local residents each year. Funds raised fuel N2N’s Resident Services and emergency rent assistance programs, enabling many local families to thrive. Housing is the best investment we can make in our community because it supports everything else a family needs to be successful. When an individual or a family is struggling to meet basic housing needs, virtually every other area in life is impacted – from their ability to secure sufficient groceries, to consistent school attendance and participation, to maintaining employment and staying on top of medical needs. Neighbor to Neighbor is the primary housing resource for Larimer County and we exist to help every member of our community advance along the housing continuum. Our trained housing professionals assist clients through their individual obstacles and develop personalized solutions to help them achieve their housing goals. From homeless and low-income individuals seeking a place to live to families needing assistance to secure their existing homes to middle- and upper-income folks ready to explore the homebuying process. N2N supports Larimer County residents with three key service areas: Preventing and Ending Homelessness Finding and Securing Affordable Housing Exploring and Maintaining Homeownership
