About This Cause
SummitStone Health Partners is a 501C3 organization whose mission is to provide unsurpassed behavioral health prevention, intervention and treatment services in Larimer County, Colorado. Founded in 1957, we now employ over 325 people, have a 24/7 walk-in crisis center and are good stewards of the generosity of our donors. 86% of all our donations go directly to programs and services for mental illness and substance use disorders.
