Mission Statement
We seek to provide food for those who are hungry, conversation for those who are lonely and rest for those who are struggling.
About This Cause
The Community Kitchen provides daily hot, nutritious meals at our location to anyone in need. These meals are free of charge and no paperwork is necessary to eat with us. A continental breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 6:30 - 8am. A hot nutritious dinner is served Monday-Friday from 5-7:30 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 4:00-5:30pm. The Community Kitchen also provides To-Go-Bags that clients can take with them after having a meal with us to help sustain them until they can get food again. Over 350 volunteers operate the Community Kitchen over the course of a year. We provided over 95,000 in 2021; more than 260 meals each day.
