Mission Statement
In partnership with the Peak to Peak community and external partners, Friends of Peak to Peak exists to build support and raise essential funds for Peak to Peak Charter School towards its vision to inspire students to fulfill their academic dreams for college, to develop their creative passions and athletic talents, and to become responsible community members. Peak to Peak is a tuition-free, donation-dependent school of choice. Unlike traditional public schools, Peak to Peak operates on a funding gap of approximately $1,000 per student. During the founding years, it was necessary to incur debt to finance the construction of the original set of campus buildings, resulting in an approximate 1.4 million dollar annual payment out of the general operating budget.
