Mission Statement
Already Strong's goal is to help survivors of sexual violence find physical outlets, as well as other survivors, who are in their own community. We are survivor founded and operated.
About This Cause
At Already Strong we understand that talking is not always the best or first answer to healing after a traumatic event. That is why we have partnered with local gyms to provide Survivor Only Classes.This gives survivors a physical, safer outlet and a network of others who understand what you are going through. With Already Strong, you no longer have to suffer in silence and can move towards healing. This means that Already Strong works directly with survivors, finding local community gyms where survivors can find a different way to heal. After survivors feel more comfortable with the gym space through Already Strong, funds will help facilitate and continue their healing journey through discounted gym memberships, connections to other resources in the community, and sliding scale prices.
