About This Cause
LGBTQ+ youth in faith communities often face discrimination and marginalization. Beloved Arise is the first national organization dedicated to serving the needs of queer youth of faith. We provide youth programs, services and resources that directly help queer youth to gain self-confidence, engage with a community of peers, and joyfully embrace their faith and identity. Beloved Arise also advocates for the safety and well-being of queer youth in faith communities, including places of worship, faith-based schools, and youth programs. Beloved Arise serves youth from any faith and religious tradition.
