In order to ensure the success of the program, CWCC will also require additional staff positions such as a Program Manager/Supervisor, administrative staff, and Peer Support Specialists. As the organization develops further Ronita may identify other positions needed in the organization and can fill those positions as the need is presented. Trainings will be conducted either an online platform which are already pre-recorded. In-person trainings will presently be facilitated by the organizations’ CEO. Mentoring will be provided by Peer Support Specialist as they will be more hands on with the organizations clients. Program Evaluation CWCC will monitor our progress by completing surveys with clients in addition to quarterly internal audits for quality assurance. To determine whether project objectives are being met, the Founder, Ronita Boullt and CWCC’s Board of Directors will evaluate the program, activities and outcomes on an annual and as needed basis if an issue shall arise. The evaluation consists of two strategies for assessing project success: A. Process Evaluation It is necessary to determine the extent to which the participants have been adequately evaluated prior to beginning the program through information gathered from Pre-test and the battery of assessments administered prior to clients starting the program. It will also be necessary to ensure that participants are consistently engaged in services, understanding skills, implementing the skills learned into their lives and are actively connected to a mentor for support, accountability and coping to live a full life in spite of trauma. B. Outcome Evaluation Of primary interest is whether the proposed program actually meets the goals and objectives established and whether participants are showing improvement in life and at home. Ronita and her team will collect extensive data on the surveys to determine how much participants have learned, retained and implemented into their daily lives. In addition to utilizing the information gathered and extracted from surveys, the organization will conduct a SWOT analysis for the organization as a whole and conduct Client/Staff and Stakeholder surveys to determine the organization’s effectiveness.
