Mission Statement
Grant Youth Wrestling's primary purpose is to raise public awareness and provide instruction in the sport of wrestling, for youth and young adults in the Portland community in, and around, Ulysses S. Grant High School.
About This Cause
Grant Youth Wrestling is the neighborhood wrestling club for Grant High School and all it's feeder schools. The club offers instruction for any youth K-12 interested in learning the sport of wrestling. We strive to provide a safe, inclusive environment where every person, regardless of skill level, gender, race, ethnic background, religious beliefs, sexual preferences or physical abilities will be accepted and appreciated. Wrestling is fun, but it is also a difficult sport; any person willing to come to practice and do the work will earn, and be shown, the proper respect. We are excited to welcome all to our community.
