About This Cause

Donations to the Japanese American Museum of Seattle (JAMS) will be used to ensure the protection, restoration, and preservation of Japanese American history in the Panama Hotel of Seattle. This includes general repairs and maintenance of the sento (bathhouse), the basement area, and the artifacts in the Tea room and hotel. The Panama Hotel has long-term plans to create a public museum of artifacts.
