Go Fund Bean exists to support, uplift, and defend the hourly coffee professional in every way possible. We do this by adherence to our values. Compassionate Leadership: We lead with respect, humility, and empathy. We advocate for accessibility and equity within the specialty coffee industry and support the empowerment of the hourly coffee professional. Radical Inclusivity: We adapt to our diverse community’s needs by creating sustainable and collaborative activities. Resource Center: We are an hourly coffee workers’ resource center. We provide mentorship and professional development in order to ensure the prosperity and growth of our community. Proactively Transparent: We remain accountable and transparent to our community and welcome all feedback about our activities. Positive Impact: We strive to create a positive impact on the hourly coffee professional’s growth and prosperity.
