Mission Statement
The Harvard Chinese Students and Scholars Association (HCSSA) is dedicated to promoting social, intellectual, and cultural activities for Chinese students and scholars at Harvard University as well as interested members in the Harvard community, with a special focus on the Harvard Griffin GSAS community, where the majority of Chinese students and scholars at Harvard are affiliated with. HCSSA strives to provide opportunities and benefits for its members by facilitating exchange of information between China and Chinese students studying abroad and by defending the rights of its members on campus and in the United States.
About This Cause
Founded in 1994, the Harvard Chinese Students and Scholars Association (HCSSA) is a University-Wide Student Group at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Through more than two decades of continuous effort, HCSSA has enhanced its reputation and become one of the most influential student organizations on the U.S. East Coast. Looking toward the future, HCSSA is dedicated to serving as a platform for value sharing, a bridge for achieving dreams, and a window for China-U.S. cultural exchange.
