Mission Statement
The Pittsburgh Children's Advocacy Center (PCAC) uniquely provides multifaceted support to communities affected by abuse. Our cohesive team delivers counseling and training, assistance in navigating the legal system and advocacy. We succeed when our children thrive.
About This Cause
Currently, abused children in Allegheny County are cycled through a round of invasive interviews, criminal investigations and therapy sessions that often require going from one agency or building to another and repeating many of the same steps and painful stories. We want all of this to take place in One safe, friendly and comforting space, accomplished through one all-encompassing agency. Your in-kind donation is an important piece of providing sexually abused children a chance to make a healthy recovery and to begin a new life, free from abuse.
