About This Cause
We focus on empowering the voices of our community through need-based service projects. Our aim is to combat hunger, voter suppression, and support individuals' basic needs in our most vulnerable communities. Since our founding, we have distributed more than 60,000 meals across seven major cities. Our Sandwich Run program is an event that originated in the Atlanta University Consortium as an annual service. Today our Sandwich Run program has become a weekly event where volunteers feed hundreds of people every week, extending our reach to communities such as Chicago, Chattanooga, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, and Orlando.
