Mission Statement
BAAC's mission is to inspire youth swimmers to achieve their potential through discipline, self-motivation, and hard work in a safe environment. We believe developing swim members’ confidence and work-ethic boosts team pride and creates a space where members encourage one another’s success at all levels of competition. We strive to build life-skills, both in-and-out of the pool, which will benefit members long after their participation with BAAC ends.
About This Cause
BAAC is swim family that welcomes competitive swimmers of all skill levels who want to work hard and excel in their chosen sport. BAAC was "born" out of a COVID scenario, where swimmers lost access to water and coaches lost their professions. Through hard work, commitment, and impeccable timing, BAAC secured water, coaches and teammates. Our swimmers were able to continue practicing together and consider themselves more than a club - a FAMILY! We are proud to have received our 501(c)3 and USA Swimming sanctioning in record time and look forward to competitive swimming for years to come.
