Mission Statement
Garfield Neighborhood Organization promotes a caring, collaborative community which creates neighborhood investments and insuring the sustainability of this unique, historic neighborhood.
About This Cause
Garfield Organization is a neighborhood alliance in downtown Phoenix. We have two historic districts within our neighborhood boundaries, North Garfield and Garfield Historic Districts. Serving the community with social, economic and development needs as the neighborhood continues to evolve from blight, crime and poverty. We have a community garden and two community food fridges to help residents learn how to grow their own fresh foods, while the community fridges take donations of fresh food and water for our residents.
