To provide meaningful gifts, essential items, and special experiences for children and teens in foster care.
About This Cause
Fostering Kindness was founded January 26, 2021. We are a gifting organization focusing on children and teens placed in the foster care system. By collaborating with local foster care agencies, we distribute meaningful gifts for all life occasions, as well as essential items for daily living. Donations are accepted in the form of gifts sent through Amazon wish lists, or monetary donations via check or money transfers. Gift sets are assembled by our CEO, Alison Spalding, and personally delivered only to representatives of the foster care agencies who then deliver gifts directly to the children. Fostering Kindness provides only new, unused items. We give to children of all gender identities, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and beliefs. We do not distribute any religiously affiliated materials or gifts.
