Mission Statement
Greyhound Gang is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of ex-racing greyhounds. We also educate and fundraise to help discarded sighthounds worldwide find loving homes.
About This Cause
In 1995, Greyhound Gang was founded to help greyhounds who were no longer wanted by their current owners - whether that was the racing industry breeders or private individual homes. We branched out into helping greyhound mixes and sighthounds in the US and internationally - Spain and China especially. All medical and socialization needs are taken care of before finding a forever home. We also educate others through materials and talks and demos around the country about greyhounds/sighthounds as pets, and how best to help them stay healthy and happy. We fundraise via our web site - www.greyhoundgang.org and with an annual 3-day event - Greyhound Gathering/Sighthound Shivoo - Kanab. Helping them is our passion and our life.
