Mission Statement

We are a non-profit organization working to improve both motor and cognitive function of people living with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Mild Cognitive Impairment/Alzheimer’s through the NeuroPongTM Project, a tailored table tennis program used as a form of neurorehabilitation.

About This Cause

Table Tennis Connections is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that wants to make table tennis available to our community through the following: 1. Raise awareness about the benefits of table tennis for everybody. 2. Create a community and a movement around this sport. 3. Allow easy access to the sport for as many people as possible. Engage with facilities caring for people experiencing Multiple Sclerosis, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s. 4. Engage with medical experts on healthy brain aging, cognitive decline and neurodegenerative conditions. The core of our organization is the NeuroPong Project. This is a table tennis Program specifically tailored to people living with neurodegenerartive conditions. In working on this Project, we are partnering with the Movement Disorders Center and the Rocky Mountain MS Center of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Anschutz Medical Campus. We are also partnering with the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) Foundation, aiming to give value to table tennis as a tool to socialize and creating communities all over the world, regardless of its competition nature.
