Mission Statement
The Yard Foundation, Inc. (the Corporation) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding provision of any future tax code. More specifically, the Corporation is organized to provide funding and assistance to firefighters, other first responders and their families suffering from illness, disease or otherwise in need along with supporting other charitable causes within the meaning of IRC 501(c)(3). Notwithstanding, such purpose will be restricted to accomplishment only in a charitable manner and within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
