We exist to close the wealth disparities between African American communities and other groups by access to capital, greater opportunity for education plus financial literacy opportunities.
About This Cause
Empowering Black Communities to close Wealth Gaps. Our key priorities are: 1) Education Empowerment - Develop and create pathways for the educational success for black students via scholarships and grants 2) Economic Opportunity - Programs that strengthen financial security and funding access for African American individuals 3) Building Wealth Basics - Offering free financial investment and planning strategies and tools to improve financial portfolios 4) Help Minority Businesses - Providing funding support for African American owned and operated businesses which help communities 5) Expand Family Savings - Creating incentive structures to grow savings, such as initial seed deposits and savings matches 6) Support Home Ownership - Increasing affordable housing by providing down payment assistance to African American families in need
