About This Cause

Kicheko Project is a creative agency in the greater Seattle area. We offer numerous programs, both in-person and virtually, to support arts, creatives and more. Here are some of our programs. Podcast and Multimedia Support: We fund and record various programs and podcast interviews mainly for minority and underrepresented artists to help shine a spotlight on their work and give them a free marketing boost. Art Competitions and Exhibitions: Organize art competitions or exhibitions to showcase the talents of creatives / artists in and around the Seattle area. This provides them with a platform to gain recognition and exposure for their artwork. Creative Writing Programs: We curate writing programs that inspire youth to explore their creativity through storytelling, poetry, or scriptwriting. We provide guidance, writing exercises, and feedback to help them develop their writing skills. Music and Performance Arts: We offer music lessons, vocal training, or instrument workshops to help youth/creatives develop their musical talents. Additionally, we organize theater camps or acting workshops to promote performance arts. Mentorship Programs: We connect experienced artists and creative professionals with youth who are passionate about pursuing a career in the arts. Mentors can provide guidance, feedback, and support to help them develop their artistic abilities. Digital Media and Animation: Introducing youth/creatives to the world of digital media and animation through workshops or classes. We teach them skills in animation software, video editing, motion graphics, or game design. Art Therapy Programs: Collaborate with therapists to offer art therapy programs that help individuals express themselves, improve their emotional well-being, and develop coping skills through artistic expression. Community Art Projects: Community art projects that allow youth/creatives to collaborate and contribute to public art installations, murals, or exhibitions. These projects can foster teamwork, creativity, and a sense of community. Arts and Crafts Camps: Plan arts and crafts camps during school breaks or summer vacations for children to engage in hands-on activities. These camps can include various art techniques, such as paper crafts, pottery, jewelry making, or fabric arts. Workshops and Classes: In-person and virtual workshops and classes to teach various art forms such as painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, graphic design, and digital art. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels to cater to different skill levels and age groups.
