Mission Statement
Bulgarian Cultural and Educational Center is a 501(c)(3) organization established with the purpose to preserve, promote, and advance the culture and traditions of the Bulgarian people by producing, providing, and sponsoring educational and cultural events, artistic and cultural expressions, and other such activities.
About This Cause
Bulgarian Cultural and Educational Center is established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation with focus on advocating for Bulgarian culture, tradition and folklore in Northern California, but providing support for educational, cultural, folkloric and other pursuits to the region’s Bulgarian community and the general public. Some of the supported educational programs include, but are not limited to, traditional folk dance, crafts and arts, folklore expressions, performances, presentation and other focused on preserving the Bulgarian folklore, culture and traditions in the area.
