About This Cause
Africa Foundation facilitates the empowerment and development of people living in or adjacent to protected wilderness areas in Africa by forging unique partnerships between conservation initiatives and communities. We fund projects based on the needs within communities surrounding conservation areas, specifically in the following areas: Education: School improvement, scholarship programs, conservation lessons, programs for orphaned and vulnerable children Healthcare: Primary healthcare centers, HIV/AIDS awareness programs, access to water, sanitation Income Generating Activities: Agricultural projects, skills centers, entrepreneurial support Conservation:
