Mission Statement

We provide inclusive and adaptive fitness classes to individuals with disabilities to improve overall strength, balance and mobility in a safe, judgement free atmosphere.

About This Cause

We believe EVERYONE, regardless of age or ability has the right to classes and equipment that improve overall wellness. Individuals with disabilities often do not have access to these types of programs that can improve their strength, mobility and balance. With these programs, individuals with disabilities are more successful in their work life, gain more independence and a sense of community which helps combat depression and loneliness.
