About This Cause
Turnaround Coaching and Mentoring Services Center (TCMS) is a nonprofit organization, and we provide counseling, coaching, and mentoring services. We emphasize mental wholeness through unconventional practices. Our aim is to provide quality care for people’s psychological and emotional well-being. TCMS has been in existence since 2019 but as of January 2023 we moved into our in-person physical location in Marrero, La. This location is a part of the Progressive Church campus (Pastor Sterling Mealancon-Pastor) as they are in Partnership with the Turnaround Center. TCMS was founded by Alisha Bentley Francis, M.A., LPC-S who is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Psychotherapist and Life Coach. TCMS’s organization has therapists, counselors, and mentors who are educated in processing psychological and emotional traumas. TCMS specializes in processing traumas, depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, communication, low self-esteem, and more! TCMS offers services that provides treatment for: -Individual Counseling -Mentoring and Coaching -Couples Counseling -Family Counseling -Group Classes (Grief & Parenting) -Conferences/Guest Speaking We are looking to increase the total income of our company and also increase our overall brand awareness, so that we can serve a greater span of people in our community. The Vision of TCMS is to create safe environments using unconventional practices to cultivate and condition people to successfully manage their own lives.
