About This Cause
Second Chancer Foundation pairs incarcerated and formerly incarcerated persons with mentors to provide professional and lived experience to navigate life post incarceration. We also expand networks to include those with lived experience in areas that will provide the greatest opportunities and allow them to contribute non-traditional perspectives and expertise to make businesses and organizations even more competitive.
