Mission Statement

Founded in 1949, the Stroum JCC is dedicated to the enrichment of life for the Jewish and general community in the greater Seattle area. The J offers a variety of programs and activities for everyone from newborns to seniors. Not limited to but including Early Childhood School, Cultural Arts, The Seattle Jewish Film Festival, Summer Day Camp, Community Outreach, including a visit to welcome a new-born and their parents with a Shalom Baby Basket, Swim and Fitness classes. and so much more.

The Stroum Jewish Community Center will inspire connections to build community and ensure Jewish continuity. Together we create outstanding programs, partnerships, and spaces that welcome everyone to learn, grow, and celebrate Jewish life and culture.
