King County Nurses Association is a profession organization of registered nurses.
About This Cause
KCNA is committed to supporting members in health education, advocacy and community service. Founded in 1903, KCNA has 5,000 members, representing nurses from a variety of specialties and settings. Continuing education programs are offered on a variety of topics. Members volunteer in the community by completing community-based health projects with an emphasis on the homeless in King County. Annual scholarships are offered to nursing students in King County who demonstrate a commitment to social justice.
