About This Cause
Wellspring envisions a future where every child has a safe and stable home. Our purpose is to prevent and address homelessness by connecting families and individuals in crisis to the support and resources they need to regain stability. We serve families facing homelessness in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties in Washington state. Through Community Services, we help individuals and families experiencing crisis take the next step forward, tap into their own resilience and strength and build community. Wellspring Community Services are concentrated in four main areas: mental health, family homelessness, early learning, and domestic violence intervention, with a focus on helping the people we serve address root causes and underlying issues so that they are able to achieve positive, permanent change in their lives. In addition to the agency's five Community Service programs, Wellspring helps strengthen our workforce and our community through Wellspring Counseling and Wellspring EAP. Our Counseling therapists work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges and explore possibilities. Our Employee Assistance Program helps organizations harness the strength of their workforce by providing cost-effective, responsive services that help employers and employees reach their full potential.
