Full Life is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for frail elders and people with chronic or terminal illnesses and disabilities. We respect the dignity of our participants and provide for them with care and compassion. We are committed, through our program of health and social services, to the independence and well-being of all participants and to providing respite for caregivers.
About This Cause
Full Life Care is dedicated to providing solutions to the long-term care issues facing our country. Founded more than forty years ago, Full Life has been providing non-institutionalized care options for low-income elders and adults affected by chronic and terminal illnesses, as well as people who have been affected by acquired brain injuries. We improve all areas of functioning that are essential to maintaining an individual's independence, including their home environment, mental and physical wellness, access to social well-being, opportunities for self-sufficiency, and respite for their caregivers. Full Life Care is a model organization that helps reduce the cost of care for fragile adults while improving their quality of life within the community. Working closely with city, county, and state entities, Full Life has developed a number of programs that are providing solutions for the growing number of at-risk adults in our communities. As the population of elderly in the United States continues to grow, programs such as these will be instrumental in restructuring our country's care networks to be able to provide for the needs of this growing population in such a way that is financially sustainable both for individuals involved in these programs and the country as a whole. As the cost of Medicare and Medicaid continues to rise, Full Life Care will be in a position to make a substantial difference in both the lives of elders and fragile adults currently in our community, and in the lives of those who will be in need of these services in the future.
