PAVE provides support, training, information and resources to empower and give voice to individuals, youth and families impacted by disabilities.

About This Cause

As a statewide organization serving all counties we envision an inclusive community that values the unique abilities, cultures, voices, contributions and potential of all individuals. Our worldwide program of PAVE, Specialized Training of Military Parents (STOMP) assists all branches of our Armed Forces, active duty, reserve, and veterans, with a child or family member of any age who is eligible for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). We are guided by our values... - Compassionate Co-Conspirators - Collaborative Partnerships - Equity - Valuing Diversity and Inclusion - Opportunities and Choice PAVE exists to achieve: ~ Enhanced knowledge of parents/caregivers, families and individuals with disabilities. ~ Tools, information and resources for you, as a parent/care-giver of a child with disabilities and/or special health care needs and for youth, with and without disabilities. ~ Increased self-reliance of parents/caregivers, families and individuals with disabilities. ~ Inclusion in one’s community, wider opportunities and understanding of the neighbors, friends, and co-workers who have disabilities! ~ Community acceptance, tolerance and understanding of individuals with disabilities. The www.waPAVE.org website is loaded with support, training, information, and resources for military and civilian individuals, youth, and families.
