Mission Statement

The mission of the Eastside Audubon Society is to protect, preserve and enhance natural ecosystems and our communities for the benefit of birds, other wildlife, and people.

About This Cause

Eastside Audubon is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization affiliated with the National Audubon Society. With a 42-year history of birding, conservation, and education, Eastside Audubon serves the communities of eastern King County from Lake Washington to the Cascade Crest and from the Snohomish County line to I-90. The service area includes the cities and towns of Bellevue, Bothell, Carnation, Duvall, Fall City, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kirkland, Medina, North Bend, Preston, Redmond, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, and Woodinville. We accomplish our mission through a combination of local and state level advocacy, educational programming, and habitat restoration.
