About This Cause
Hope Solutions heals the effects of poverty and homelessness by providing permanent housing solutions and vital support services to 1,500 highly vulnerable families and individuals. Our program sites cover West, Central and East Contra Costa County. Onsite services include eviction prevention, employment support, afterschool academic tutoring, case management, mental health counseling, parenting classes, and more. We are proud that for the second year in a row, 100% of our high school seniors in east county have been accepted and are attending four year universities.
