About This Cause

Earle Baum Center for the Blind offers services available to all individuals who are blind, legally blind or visually impaired. Adjusting to sight loss is difficult and we understand that the decision to do something about it is often difficult. We encourage individuals experiencing sight loss of any kind to take the first step in starting their journey toward independence. Earle Baum Center offers many classes and training opportunities, all based on individual needs and goals. Today, Earle Baum Center provides the means and facilities by which people of all ages with sight loss develop the skills and build the confidence needed to live productive and fulfilling lives. The uniqueness of Earle Baum Center is the way blind and visually impaired people share within their community the knowledge and techniques that have proven to be successful, building upon that foundation with a variety of programs, activities and opportunities.
