Mission Statement
The colors appear in the mark as follows: 1. Red appears in the outline of the dragon’s body and spine. 2. Yellow appears in the body of the dragon. 3. Black appears in the outline and center of the dragon’s eye, as well as the hair and outline of the children’s heads. 4. Blue appears in the children’s bodies, the Braille dots above the figures and the letters “BVCF” below the figures.
