Mission Statement
Founded in 1954, Everett Mountain Rescue Unit (EMRU) is an all volunteer organization of like minded climbers dedicated to mountain rescue and mountain safety education. Each year we rescue hundreds of lost and missing persons from Mt Rainier to the Canadian border.
