Mission Statement

The Thurston County Humane Society promotes humane care and treatment of pets by emphasizing responsible pet ownership through humane education and by offering financial assistance toward the cost of spaying or neutering their pets. The Society supports the enactment and enforcement of laws that protect animals, through appropriate animal care agencies and by serving as a member of the Joint Animal Services Commission of Thurston County.
