About This Cause
Chasing the Rainbows (CTR) is a National 501c3 Nonprofit Organization founded in September of 2022 that provides daily free support services to individuals, couples and families who are dealing with infertility issues or are grieving after pregnancy or infant loss. We strive to normalize grieving within the community and to provide a safe space for those who are mourning. Through charitable contributions, we’ll educate the community and bring awareness to support and affirm the grief experience associated with this traumatic loss. Our Key Support Services: 1. Daily Support Groups (4x/day): We offer daily virtual support groups designed to connect parents and provide a safe space to process grief. Registration is required through our website. 2. Trauma Therapy: One-on-one therapy sessions with licensed therapists who specialize in grief and trauma, helping parents process their overwhelming emotions in a supportive environment. 3. Peer Mentors: We match parents with trained peer mentors who have had similar experiences. This ongoing mentorship provides emotional support through text, call, or email check-ins. 4. Cry It Out Loud! Podcast: A podcast that explores life after loss, with guest experts and survivors sharing their stories and advice. We also host a monthly “Ask A Maternal Fetal Doctor” session, allowing parents to submit their questions through our website. 5. Private Facebook Group: An exclusive, safe space for parents to connect, share experiences, and find emotional support from others who understand. 6. Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation: Healing practices to aid in physical and emotional recovery, available on our website. Parents can contact us for the password to access these guided sessions. 7. Coping Self-Care Packages: Thoughtfully curated care packages designed to help parents through their grieving journey, available for distribution as a source of comfort. 8. In-Person Support Groups & Offices 9. Events & Speaking Engagements Your support can make a tangible difference. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to join our mission: 1.
