Mission Statement
Stand with Asian American's mission is society where Asian Americans can live with dignity and belonging, free from discrimination. We fight anti-Asian hate in public spaces and anti-Asian discrimination in the workplace by amplifying stories of injustice and building an empowered community that stands together.
About This Cause
Stand with Asian Americans launched in the aftermath of the Atlanta Spa Shootings, through a full page letter in Wall Street Journal, signed by 1000 Asian American leaders including CEOs of Zoom, DoorDash, Alphabet, that called out the historic rise in anti-Asian violence and demanded change. We now have over 9000 signatories, chapters in SF & New York and most recently launched the Workplace Justice Initiative, a portal for Asian Americans to report workplace discrimination and receive support. Stand with Asian Americans' vision is a society where Asian Americans can live with dignity and belonging, free from discrimination.
