Mission Statement
To support and elevate programs that provide building-related education and provide opportunities to individuals pursuing careers in the building industry.
About This Cause
BOLT exists to drastically increase the number of people entering the trades. In partnership with the Master Builders Association of Pierce County, we will train the next generation of tradesmen and women to Build Homes, Not Barriers. We provide scholarships and stipends to individuals pursuing a career in the homebuilding industry, as well as facilitating internships, job shadows, and job placement with reputable homebuilders in Pierce County.
